The rental price must be paid in two installments: a 50% deposit within seven days of booking and the remaining 50% including the security deposit no later than 60 days before arrival. The reservation is only final once the 50% deposit has been credited.
If the rental agreement is concluded within 4 weeks prior to the day of arrival, the entire rental price must be paid in one installment. The tenant will be given access to the rented property once the booking form has been completed and signed, accompanied by a copy of the main tenant's passport, and full payment has been received.
Yes, we charge a deposit. This amounts to € 650 per villa.
Of course! How nice is it to have a starter pack after a long flight so you don't have to go to the supermarket right away? Our managers will make sure your groceries are ready upon arrival. After confirming your booking, you will receive their contact details and can arrange everything directly with them.
We have European power outlets in our rooms (220V).
All bathrooms have 110V outlets.
A car is really a must on Curaçao. Depending on which company you rent a car from, a pick-up service at the airport may or may not be included. There are many car rental companies. We have good contacts with a number of them. After confirming your booking, we will be happy to provide you with their contact details.

Remember to bring an international passport that is valid for at least 6 months upon departure. One week before departure, you can fill in the immigration documents online at https://dicardcuracao.com/dicard. This is mandatory to enter the island.

If you arrive earlier, it may be possible to check in earlier if there are no prior bookings. We do not charge extra for early check-in. A few weeks before your arrival, we can let you know if early check-in is possible.
Our managers are available during your stay if you have any questions about the accommodation. They are always available for urgent questions. For less urgent questions, you can always contact them during the day.
We provide a mandatory linen change every 7 nights. This is pleasant for you as a guest in this warm climate. Moreover, experience has shown that this significantly extends the life of our linen. A limited cost is charged for this. The linen change is carried out together with the interim cleaning. Our manager will arrange with you when this will be done.
We provide a mandatory interim cleaning service after every 7 nights. During this service, the kitchen is freshened up and all bathrooms are cleaned. A small fee is charged for this service. Our pool boy comes by twice a week to keep the pool clean. Currently, this is on Tuesday and Friday afternoons. If this schedule changes, our managers will always inform you in good time.

We also try to organize all other work at times when there are no guests in the villa. However, sometimes it is unavoidable that a small job needs to be done. In that case, our managers will always consult with you first.

The nearest supermarket is approximately a 2-minute drive away. You can go to Jan Thiel for the Van Der Tweel (Albert Heijn).
Ten minutes in the other direction and you'll find yourself at Vreugdenhil, Centrum Supermarket Mahaai, or Mangusa Hypermarket.
The Luxury Resort is currently under construction and is expected to open in early 2026. A large Van Der Tweel will open around February 2026, approximately a 5-minute drive away. There will also be various other shops, a liquor store, hairdresser, lounge, cocktail bar, and much more.
Most supermarkets are open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Different opening hours often apply on Sundays and public holidays.

Jan Thiel Beach is just a 2-minute drive away. If you prefer Mambo Beach, it will take you about 15 minutes to get there. Of course, there are countless other beautiful beaches besides the two mentioned above. The beaches towards Westpunt can be reached in about 30 minutes.

All beds are equipped with two pillows per person, and we also provide mattress covers for maximum hygiene. However, we do not provide duvets, but we do provide sheets with a beautiful bedspread. Experience has shown that this is more than enough for sleeping. It is also nice and warm here at night! All our linen is washed at high temperatures for maximum hygiene.
We provide two towels, two bath towels, and one beach towel per person. These will be changed on day 7. If you would like to change them earlier, there is a washing machine at your disposal, or you can inform our managers that you would like an earlier change. The kitchen is equipped with the following appliances: dishwasher, combination microwave, stove, toaster, ice cocktail shaker, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle. Outside, there is a Green Egg barbecue. Of course, there are also plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, and kitchen utensils available so that you can prepare a delicious meal at home.
Electricity is very expensive on Curaçao, and air conditioners consume a lot of electricity. If you leave the air conditioning on all day, your electricity bill will be very high. So use air conditioners sparingly. Our advice is to turn on the air conditioning half an hour before going to bed and turn it off when you actually go to sleep. If you still want to leave the air conditioning on all night, you can, of course, but keep an eye on your consumption so that you don't get any surprises when you check out.
Yes, Wi-Fi is for free.
Water and electricity are included in the night rate for normal consumption as described above. This includes 50 kWh/day of electricity and 1 m³/day of water. The water calculation also takes into account that the swimming pool is occasionally refilled. Our experience shows that this is sufficient for normal consumption. If you consume more than provided for in the night rate, this will be settled at checkout with the deposit or directly with our managers at the following rates:
Yes, both villas have two private parking spaces.
We ask you to check out before 11 a.m. Late check-out is only possible if there are no prior bookings. We do not charge extra for late check-out. A few weeks before your arrival, we can let you know if late check-out is possible.
At check-in and check-out, our managers will record the water and electricity meter readings with you. The electricity and water included in the night rate will be deducted. If there is a difference to be paid, you can pay this immediately to our managers. They have a mobile PIN device with which you can pay the outstanding balance. We apply the following rates for this:
Once our manager has thoroughly checked the house, they will give us the go-ahead to refund your deposit. We aim to refund your deposit within 7 days of check-out.
If items are missing or broken, this will be deducted from the deposit. In the villas, you will find a list of the rates that apply when items are broken or missing.
