4 spacious bedrooms with luxury hotel beds (180cm x 210cm). All bedrooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom.
There is no air conditioning in the living room. However, the living room is well positioned to catch the wind and equipped with shuttered windows, making it delightfully "cool".
An automatic gate for maximum security, with space for two cars inside the gate.

Rates:

From €300 per night (including electricity consumption of 50kWh and water 2m3 per night)

Excluding:

Final cleaning: € 300
Costs extra usage of water: € 9/m³
Costs extra usage of electricity: € 0.55/kWh
Interim cleaning (mandatory for stays longer than 10 nights): € 175 → Includes changing bed linen and towels and freshening up bathrooms and kitchen. Cleaning will take place on day 5 and must be paid for on site upon check-out.
Tourist tax: 7%

The new kitchen with modern appliances including a Nespresso machine, kettle, ice cocktail shaker, and toaster offers many features that make cooking easier and more enjoyable. With a spacious worktop and plenty of storage space, both amateur cooks and experienced chefs can create their dishes effortlessly.

Living room

Enjoy the open living room where sunlight and fresh air flow in through elegant shutter windows. These windows provide functionality and aesthetic value, allowing a cool breeze to circulate and eliminating the need for air conditioning. The open layout creates a sense of space and relaxation. The atmosphere invites you to appreciate the details and the comfort of this beautiful space.
